Enchanting Harp Melodies at Gastro Hub

Anni Kuusimäki, principal harpist of the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra since 1999, will perform a special live set. She has previously served as assistant principal harpist at the Finnish National Opera and has performed with the Tampere Philharmonic and the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra.

 

As a soloist and chamber musician, Kuusimäki has appeared with numerous Finnish orchestras and at renowned festivals such as Kuhmo Chamber Music, Lieksa Brass Week, Pielinen Soi, and Lohisoitto in Kotka.

 

She has also released several acclaimed recordings, including:

• ELEGIA – Romantic Finnish Music (Fuga, 2017)

• A French Soirée with trumpeter Jouko Harjanne (Pilfink, 2012)

• Mystic Oboe with oboist Aale Lindgren (Jubal, 1998)
